How to move objects and sims in Buy/Build Mode

You know those times where you're trying to edit a room but one of your sims is stuck in the way of where you want to put an object but you don't want to go ALL the way back into playing mode? Or perhaps you found the perfect spot for that special object but then it won't let you put it there because it's on a hill or too close for another object? That's where this little cheat comes in handy!

This cheat allows a player to move sims and objects wherever you want! 

Like always open up your cheat bar and type: moveobjects on and if you get sick of being able to move objects around like that you can simply turn it off by going moveobjects off
